Sound advice – Although you rely on us to give you solid financial advice and act on your behalf, we’re committed to ensuring that you also understand the approach we’ve taken. As they say, knowledge is power and we think it should be shared. So, there will always be plenty of up-to-date information on our website that you can access whenever necessary. Should you ever have a question, we’d be happy to talk you through it.

Total confidentiality – Except where required by law (or the ATO) anything you say, send or show to any of the Mason Lloyd team will never leave the room.
Costs to be outlined up-front – We will always endeavour to disclose our costs in writing and obtain your consent before we begin. Any variations will be explained as soon as we become aware of them and must be approved by you before we continue. That way, there are no nasty surprises in the mail.
